MICRO PROCESSOR AND PLC-BASED CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is a latest technology Microprocessor and PLC-based controlled operation. Panel suitable for any size of wet mix plants (60 tons to 300 tons/hour). Water is measured through a digital flow meter, and cement /filler is controlled through a rotary valve/ screw conveyor. The load cell system weighs dry material. Gradation is ensured through variable ac drives of bins. Synchronisation cut maintains the exact ratio.
